Throughout his career, he has contributed to the growth and operational development of multiple multi-million-dollar businesses spanning finance, insurance, real estate, SaaS, nutrition, and AI-driven business operations, with a focus on branding, systems architecture and automation, sales infrastructure, and founder positioning.

Over time, one belief became central to his philosophy: Great ideas are common, but sustainable execution is not.

That realization led to the creation of Netoro: a founder-first venture partnership designed to help ambitious entrepreneurs build with greater clarity, operational support, and long-term strategic alignment. Today, Kevin works closely with a select group of founders each year, helping transform early-stage ideas into scalable companies through thoughtful execution, modern systems, and AI-enabled operational leverage.

Joe Suárez is a seasoned executive leader with decades of experience in human resources, labor relations, operational leadership, and utility infrastructure management at Florida Power & Light (FPL) and NextEra Energy - one of the largest energy companies in North America.

Throughout his career, Joe held leadership positions across HR, labor relations, and fleet operations, ultimately retiring as Senior Director of Fleet for FPL. His work supported large-scale operational teams, complex workforce environments, and strategic organizational initiatives across one of the nation's most critical infrastructure sectors.

Known for his calm leadership style, operational discipline, and people-first approach, Joe brings deep experience in organizational management, team development, and long-term strategic execution. His background in both labor relations and enterprise operations provides a unique perspective on leadership, communication, and sustainable business growth.

At Netoro, Joe serves as a strategic advisor, contributing executive insight shaped by decades of real-world leadership experience inside a Fortune 500 energy organization.

Alex Gil brings a strong background in data science, artificial intelligence, and business intelligence, with experience spanning Amazon Web Services (AWS), machine learning, natural language processing, and advanced analytics. Currently serving within Amazon's data science division, Alex has led initiatives involving large language models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and operational intelligence at enterprise scale.

At Netoro, Alex combines technical expertise with a collaborative, people-first mindset — helping bridge the gap between advanced technology, business strategy, and practical execution. His analytical approach and calm professionalism make him a valuable part of the Netoro leadership team.

Jackson Gaskins is the Director of Communications at Hot Paper Lantern responsible for leading the execution of client goals and objectives across a myriad of practices, from media relations, to crisis communications and brand marketing.

Jackson brings a wealth of B2B experience and strategic insight to his role at HPL, previously working with technology startups, wealth management firms, and sports & entertainment organizations.

With over a decade of experience in public relations, Jackson's expertise extends beyond corporate communications. He spent six years working in professional sports in various capacities including leading the communications department for the Reno Aces, the Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks. His journey includes roles with the San Diego Chargers, Washington Redskins, Miami Dolphins, Salt Lake Bees, and the Utah Jazz.

Jackson is a former collegiate baseball player, earning a BA in Communications from California State University, San Marcos and a master's degree from Colorado Christian University in Organizational Leadership.

At Netoro, Jackson serves as a Public Relations & Marketing Advisor, helping guide the company's brand positioning, media strategy, and public-facing communications.
